At BN3TH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be in its original unopened seal to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
